CEO of IMS Property Group

A successful businesswoman and self-professed workaholic, Michelle Niziol, Founder and CEO of IMS Property Group, has worked in the finance and property industry for more than a decade.

After qualifying as a mortgage broker in 2005, she established her own business, IMS Independent Mortgage Solutions, for which she has won several awards including Barclays Top Broker at the Mortgage Strategy Awards and Best Independent Mortgage Broker for the South East at the Real Estate & Property Awards.

Michelle went on to launch IMS Property Solutions and IMS Letting Solutions in 2015 due to high demand from existing clients to provide them with a comprehensive and complete service for all their property needs.

Michelle was a candidate on BBC’s The Apprentice in 2016 and Vice-President of ARLA Propertymark (formally Association of Residential Letting Agents). She also manages a very successful property portfolio and carried out a significant renovation project of her own home – rebuilding a farmhouse and surrounding buildings almost from scratch.

Michelle lives just outside Bicester in Oxfordshire with her husband and son. She has a regular column in What Mortgage magazine and regularly contributes to the national newspapers and regional media, commenting on all things property or mortgage related.

Samantha Murray

British Modern Pentathlete

Samantha Murray is a British Modern Pentathlete. At 22, her defining moment came at the London 2012 Olympics, where she wrote herself into history books as Olympic Silver Medallist and took home the last medal won by a British athlete at the Olympic Games.

A year later in 2013, Sam graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in French and Politics. A World Championship title in 2014 added to Sam’s achievements followed by qualification for the Rio Olympic Games in 2015.

A five time British Champion, Sam is a multi-lingual, engaging, public speaker who enjoys sharing her experiences of a career in elite sports.
